It started in Malmö!
In 2018, Great IT was started in Malmo, this is where we grow and thrive. With a view of Turning Torso and Västra Hamnen, we are close to everything, we enjoy it here!
We have always grown at a fast pace, both in the number of employees, but also in the number of customers and projects. We are an entrepreneur-driven company that sees the individual and nurtures commitment.
Our history
Great IT started because we wanted to make a difference in the market. Early on, we had strategies to challenge the traditional ways. Great IT is not only different, but we also do things differently!
We understand that our customers need a partner that is right for them, which is why we have always had a fast-paced and flexible organization with short decision-making paths and areas of expertise that are highly adaptable.
Our core values
We at Great IT are proud of our strong culture. Our culture is created by the people and our great colleagues who work together daily. Our core values are our DNA and they really define what we are and what we can achieve together. The values describe our attitude towards each other, towards our customers, what we stand for and what it is like to work at Great IT. For us, it is extremely important to be inclusive, that we embrace what our core values stand for. The process of developing the values has engaged every employee who is a part of Great IT.
Four Fantastic Days in Durrës
We are a group that likes to have fun together, both at and outside the office. Last year, we went all the way to Albania for team building, a conference, and of course, a bit of sun and swimming.
